My career began as a full time Equity actor, working inside rehearsal rooms and audition spaces and learning what it takes to build momentum as a performer. I experienced life both with representation and without, so I know how the process feels from every angle.

Over the past three years, I have worked as a headhunter in a competitive corporate environment, sourcing rare talent, advising senior leaders, and negotiating offers that required precision and trust.

This venture combines both experiences into a talent first model.
